I have purchased a health faucet from a local Jaquar dealer in Indore some time back. Since then almost every 3 months I have to lodge a complaint with Jaquar's very lousy serviced toll free number. This has happened around 7 times, since i purchased the product. Out of various brands available, I shortlisted Jaquar, but didn't know that Jaquar is 'naam bade aur darshan chhote'. This time (around 25 days back) the pipe has high leakage, I contacted toll free number and demanded a free replacement - as Jaquar has provided a faulty product to me. An engineer visited my place around took photographs of my bill (of course, under warranty period) and the faulty product. TILL NOW THE COMPLAINT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED, NOR HAS THE TOLL FREE CALL CENTER PROVIDED A COMPLAINT NUMBER. Was this information helpful? |
