Jaquar — Problem of toilet seat cover not resolved. Complaint no.250971

I had purchased some jaguar sanitary items in 2014. Out of these one toilet seat cover has been giving problems since beginning as it keeps falling down & also the cover & seat comes out. It has been attended several times but problem recurs.In past few weeks two service engineers have attended but now the problem has become worse as the last mechanic who came to attend has left the cover loose (Photo attached). He had promised to come with the new hinges but has not returned for more than a week now. No one is picking the phone at the gurgaon service centre & my repeated complaints on jaguar customer support have not yielded any results. What should i do?
