Jaquar — Product Fault

Dear Sir/Madam

On 14/05/2017 I’ll buy bathroom fittings and sanitaryware of Jaquar from your Local Dealer M/S Goel Bath Palace, Meerut. All is going well. Your services are good till I face this problem. In your one product ‘Wall Hung Vignette’ toilet seat gets a crack from screw joint to upside which your service boy told us when i’ll complain about it on 4th may service call 00507458. Service boy come and make video and take photos of Cracked Seat, he told me that crack is come from screw joint and also send video and photo to his senior whom he talk, but in chat he told me that company not going to accept this and blame you for all and he leave. Then after 1 week we again called customer care for response on 10th may 2021 Service call no. 00507458 and the said that lockdown is going on that's why we can't solve the problem. Then on 11th june 2021 I’ll again call customer care Service call no. 00597557 but again no response nobody came, then again I’ll call customer care on 21st June Service call no. 00639596 for what's going on in the company and talk to senior level also and they also respond as previous calls. Lastly I talk to your local service provider in Meerut Mr. Saurabh he told me the same words that nobody will going to change this seat or accept it that the product is faulty, But after 3 days i call again Mr. Saurabh and he said that company has closed your complaint because company said that the fault is of plumber who screwed it very tightly that's why it is broken from that point so i said him that plumber is from your Jaquar dealer side we didn't tight it we just using it so whose fault is this, it is company fault or that plumber fault or the dealer who said it with very confidence “ki tension mat lena yeh product jaquar ke hai with 10 years of warranty, 10 saal tak company ki tension hai aap aankh band karke le jao”. Actually all fault is of the faulty product you sold to us, now my only request is to change the product for your company's goodwill.

We (me, my wife and my two small children) have been facing this problem for the last two and a half months using some other toilet down the stairs, this all situation is called harassing in our Indian laws.

If you don't take any steps to help us then sorry to say I am going to the National Consumer Helpline and have to take Legal Action also.
