I purchased a jaquar quadrant shower enclosure in black from bathroom City in UK. Unfortunately the glass panels were flawed and didn’t fit correctly. A Jaquar appointed engineer visited and his efforts resulted the glass shattering and causing damage to a newly fitted bathroom. A second enclosure was delivered and while this wasn’t perfect either, a few tweaks to the roller hinges meant the door could be made to work. I have emailed Jaquar 7 times to seek resolution to this issue and the damage caused, but I have not had a reply. The product quality is poor and the customer service is even worse. Jan 19, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved A sensible conversation with Jaquar’s CEO identified a pragmatic course of action to close out the issues. Jaquar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 18, 2022 Updated by Arthur1975 Nearly 4 months on and this issue remains unresolved. No meaningful contact from Jaquar and no sign of Jaquar making any attempt to address the issues and poor experience. Jan 18, 2022 Updated by Arthur1975 Just a couple of examples of the damage caused when the Jaquar glass door shattered while a Jaquar engineer was inspecting the problem. Jaquar say they don’t take responsibility for consequential damage. Jan 19, 2022 Updated by Arthur1975 Jaquar CEO made contact. A pragmatic discussion quickly enabled an agreement to be reached and issues to be resolved.
