Sir, I purchased wall hanging flush seat of jaquar on 01/06/2019. It has a technical fault as from its back itwo water come out from two holes while flushing the concealed tank. Videos and photos are attached. On 01/07/2017 I registered a complaint on customer care . Your engg. Visited the place and found that there was a fault in seat. He made a video and took pics. and told me that the company will call you within three days. But I didn't received any call or message from the company. I call numerous times at your customer care at last they took Mr. Kamal Preet on line who assure me that as soon as he received credit note I will get my seat. But every time I call Mr. Kamal Preet he said he didn't received credit note. Then he gave me Mr. Kirpal Chopra number who has to give credit note. Mr. Chopra assured me that I will get seat tomorrow. But after that he stop answering my calls. Now I don't know what to do. I have no other option but to go to consumer court to get the justice. Actualy It was my fault that I trusted on jaquar product. If this is the state of jaquar company I wonder what other companies do. Jaquar is behaving like local made company.
