This is to inform you that I had registered a complaint (No.[protected] in year 2020 regarding “Continuous water leaking through hand flexible pipe attached with Flushing system (in bathroom)”. During that time, Jaquar executive came and replaced that pipe with new one.
Now in year 2021, again same pipe is again leaking then I registered a complaint (No. 01443327 dt. 16.12.2021) against which company’s executive came and informed me that this pipe is local made and now it can’t be replaced then I informed him that this pipe is replaced by Jaquar itself last year and I had not been checked that time that pipe which was replaced it is local made or Jaquar made since I have a trust on Jaquar, but even after my explanation, he denied to replaced the faulty pipe and complaint was closed by company without any resolution.
The attitude & behavior of jaquar executive came on 16.12.2021 was too poor and never expected from jaquar.
Then again I have to contacted with customer care & registered a complaint (No. 01459336 dt 20.12.2021) and explained again the issue to customer care then customer care executive assured me that company executive will come and replaced with original pipe with free of cost since this is under warranty. But unfortunately, nobody came till now and my complaint is still open pending or it may be again close without any resolution in future.
I have a big trust on Jaqaur and hope I will get the resolution soon.
