Jaquar — regarding shower mixer

At my address i bought shower mixer before around 3 to 4 year ago. But now that shower mixer not working properly.
Company’s 10 year warranty. But before 10 year mixer not working properly. The centre portion of mixer is moving round like 360 degrees. So please solve complain as soon as possible. Because my bathroom is in working condition. I suffer a lot. Hope you attain shortly

We bought one set of 5309N last 7 years before. Now the problem is leaking. It's not washer problem.We cannot open properly for washing.. Attaching video and photos for your reference.. please do the needful asap
