I have requested for a service of my diverter which became hard and technician visited on 22 April 2025 and he removed the jaquar handle with his device so hardly so diverter falls down and get damaged. On the same day i tried to reach company but after 6 pm customer care closes so i called on 23 rd April to your customer care and they conferenced the call with service centre (Ranchi) regarding the same and service centre told me to wait for 7 days for the replacement of your diverter. And after waiting for a long time, now they are saying damage is not done by us so we can't help, and we cannot replace your diverter.
I have never expected this worst service from your end, however your technician condemned that diverter damaged by his mistake but still your service centre making the excuses for not replacing the products. Hope you understand my concern and do the needful. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible, also your customer care team is so useless, they never provide the clear solution and service centre also talked too rude.
