Dear sir,

My complained no is 01012323. I have complained on 14 november 2018 and technician (Mr hira) visit my office on 15 november 2018. He checked and told me battery box rusted it is not repairable and it is not cover with under warrenty. This product i have purchased from last three months and it is your responsiblity why it is rusted. I have attached orignal invoice copy please check it and rectify my problem as soon as possible..
