[Resolved] Jaquar — sensor tap problem | |||
I had purchased a sensor tap few months back from ceramic mall, kanpur. As the flow wasn’t proper from the tap so a complaint had been registered and reregistered. After several follow ups complaint was attended and it was told that the jali inside needs to be replaced. It has been replaced today and the service person charged rs 400/- for this jali. When i purchased this tap along with other items i was told that this comes with seven year warranty. This jali is an internal part of the sensor and it is not i contact with the user so it is company’s fault and 400/- should not be borne by the customer. When asked for bill only job card was given with the amount written as spare parts (Photo attached) Was this information helpful? | |||
