[Resolved] Jaquar — Tap leakage reported but no remedial action on repeated reminders

I have registered a complaint against leakage of tap on 09/05/2017&reminded it on 13/05/2017&16/05/2017 but no action from your end. On my first complaint through the toll free number it was informed that your sevice center will send the mechanic within 72 hours! When i reminded your executive promised immediate action within 24 hours! On my second reminder also they offered immediate action!! Can i expect any remedial action in near feature?
