Customer care toll free number is never picked up by any representative. Highly disappointed by the after installation services provided by brand JAQUAR for products under warranty also. Should have gone for some other products.

The representative who came, clicked some images of the damaged products and informed their seniors about it. I was told the seniors would get in touch with us and provide solution to the concern raised. However no body called and to our surprise I was sent a msg that the complaint has been resolved and closed. Extreme disappointment.
