[Resolved] Jaquar — tired of jaquar | |||
Respected sir /ma’am I chose jaquar products for my bathroom’s fittings which has a warranty of ten years. There were some faults in my cp fittings and concealed cisterns.in reference to which i complained on the customer care number to resolve the faults on the date 1st december, 2018 with the reference number 01073089. But till date no action has been taken to resolve the faults. So i again complained on 25th march, 2019 with the reference number 00294101 that jaquar will resolve my complain. But unfortunately there was no action taken against my complaint till date. This made me very upset from jaquar and its services and i used jaquar products with a belief that it would soon solve my complains. Please take strict actions against my complaint which i am registering in customer care since last year’s december. Flush button is not working and water continue to flow in toilet seat until I block it from back of the toilet seat.
