Its been more than 1 year and 10 month of purchase of the toilet product and despite of the repeated complaining, following up the issues of leakage, damaged product and other issue are not resolved. Furthermore the reply of my email to [protected]@jaquar.com for TicketID #JQ50134 is still not been made which was subsequent to the email communication on 22nd Oct 2021.
We are feeling cheated by Jaquar, it's pathetic. This is my last try to bring the whole matter to your notice so that you can take corrective action at the earliest (As me and my brother have already tried tons of times).
If my problem is still not addressed to, i am left with no other option but to complain to relevant higher authorities...
