I had purchased high end Jaquar sensor faucet SNR-STL-51071 from a retailer in Mulund West in April 2021. It’s hardly more than a year and the warranty for sensor is upto 2 years, now It’s been over 3 months and my sensor faucet is not functional and no one from the company is bothered to replace it. This is a basic amenity and we have suffered a lot because of this faucet. The design is such that there is no substitute or alternate in the market. I have ailing parents and they are going through this hardship of not having a faucet for daily hygiene. This is the worst service anyone can experience. I have paid 15 grands to buy this pathetic faucet thinking I will be able to save water and be a responsible citizen, I am in mental pain and agony. I have called hundred times to the customer care and have been falsely assured about the resolution. I am moving to the last resort by taking jaquar to Bombay High court to file a writ petition and get a cease desist order. Save yourselves as you all are going to pay a hefty amount for your incompetence and breaching your own T&C.
