[Resolved] Jaquar — unsatisfied service after purchased product from jaquar
Dear sir / ma'am,
My registered complaint no.- [protected]
I had a complaint for leakage in wash basin mixture faucets [leone] 2 day ago.
The service person came today and told me to replace piece and u will get new one, service person bring with that mixture.
Then he asked for money of 200/- for service charge but he was not giving the bill.
Then i asked him for the bill he said that he will give the bill tomorrow. But he wants money today only.
Then i give him money, and today i call him for bill and replacement received product receipt, then he told me to call customer executive they will give u all information then i call customer executive for 4 times but they didn't give me satisfied answer.
