Jaquar — Urinal sensor is not working

Hello I complained many times in customer care but no response from two months. Nobody responsible in customer care. I bought this last two month ago, they just commit in hours to attend the complain to disconnect the phone. My complain no 682263 They have ridiculous service all are irresponsible. Service Request no 682263 was attended yesterday & product was thoroughly tested found okay. Problem found with the input water pressure & it was communicated to the customer accordingly, Regards, Kamalshree Saha(for JAQUAR)
