Jaquar — Very Worst Jaquar Tap || Not providing Support in the warranty period

Hello Jaquar Team,

I have purchased 6 Taps 1 year back. Now one 1 Tap is not closing properly, However, I called your support team([protected]) and raise the ticket as well (Ticket No:[protected]. Now your service engineer called me and saying that for repairing the tap, He is asking Rs 600 /-.

While purchasing time you guys are said, It's 10 Year warranty period. Now Why you guys are asking service charge?

Why are you guys cheating the customer and selling your product?

Can anyone check and close my issue.
