My complaint number 708995 dated 27/10/2016 is still pending.Your representatives are not responding.I am going to district consumer forum if my problem is not solved within a week .Cover of my newly installed wallen is looking bend.One reprentative of company visited my residence and promise to replace the cover within a week but he is not responding now.
