[Resolved]  Jaquar — Wash basin tap leakage

Service person visited on 19 sep and informed to replace some assembly part with cost of Rs.480/. After giving confirmation he has taken a time of one day but did not came back. Since 19sep I have called customer care everyday, but still noone attended the problem. Waste of water is major concern and the company producing taps had no concern about water wastage. If Jaquar is on top for sales they should not forget about importance of failure of product.
