Jaquar — Water Leakage from Tap in Kitchen and Bathroom

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am facing lots of water wastage due to leakage in my Kitchen and Bathroom, In Kitchen after closing tap it is leaking and in bathroom tap is not closing normally and this was corrected in last complaint also but still there is problem also In washroom hand shower leakage us not stopped till now...please provide support asap.
