Jaquar — Wc inadequate flushing

My essco wc has an issue. It doesn’t flush out waste on flushing. All waste comes back and there could be a problem with the mould of the wc. The customer care n technician who visited was of no use. Inspite of showing live demo they did not take any action. Kindly resolve before end of warranty period I need a replacement with a new wc.

Updated by Alex0505 I got a call from jaquar company's incharge in Goa today evening saying there is no fault found with their essco WC. We are suffering due to this as the waste doesn't get flushed. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
