I had registered a complaint for broken WC seat cover, Complaint Reference # 154337.on Feb 27. The technician came and took photographs of Bill and broken broken seat cover promising to revert. We kept contacting( at least 10 times) the tollfree # .
Every call we were assured that they are getting approval and shall get it attended. Eventually nothing was done and finally on March 24 we received a SMS that our complaint has been resolved. When I called back I was told that the seat cover broke due mishandling.
I dont how a toilet seat breaks just by sitting on it and more ever for almost a month I was led to believe that it is being attended an I was also told that the delay was on account of getting approval for replacement and then how come all of a sudden the complaint was closed.
I simply don't understand how the complaint call centers work as there is no record and no traceability of the communication and what was promised and what was said by your reps on call. Morever since the the call attendee takes note on his side there is no way of knowing what is being noted down.
I would prefer all complaints and communication via E-mail as there is a continuous record and communication is traceable and everybody becomes accountable. Other wise the customer support is a farce with no accountability as it is not supported by written word.
Still hopeful that somebody is listening and cares about integrity and honesty
