[Resolved] Jaquar — Western commode seat plastic discolouration | |||||
W.C. purchased on 03-07-15 but within 4 months the seat cover started getting discoloured. Complain ID 215263. After 1.5 years of the complaint being registered, we were informed that the same had been rejected on frivolous grounds that the consumer had poured harpic on it. When contacted, the customer care team who had in the past mentioned that the seat replacement was on its way, said that "higher management" had rejected the claim.
