Jaquar — worst and v bad service

Water leakage from jaquar taps and seat and complaining to there costumer care from 4 months but of nouse.. Jaquar dont cares there service as no service agent/mechanic came to see the defect and they closes my complaint again n again after some days for loging. On askn what n why soo then make me to hold call and same music.. For long and nobody reply and after 30 min of wait i got there cheated behaviour and now hate this jaquar sanitary product..
