Jaquar — wrong guidance on inspection | |||
I have bought body jets and at every stage of the installation (After pipe connection, before plastering, before fitting jets) we have approached the jaquar person for inspection. At all stages the inspector confirms that the work done by the plumber is correct and only upon such a confirmation the tiles were layed. During the final step of installing the jets, the inspector says that there is a problem in the plumbing work and that the jets caps were not placed to the tile level and that the projected part of the caps were cut off (Which was told by the inspector to do so). All of this resulted in a big loss of removing the tiles again to fix the problem. We are not even able to find a spare parts shop that supplies only the jet caps. Jaquar is known for its quality and service and if this is the kind of service it provides resulting in buying the entire product again because of wrong guidance from the jaquar inspector, i recommend the buyers to go for other companies where the so called inspectors are well trained and not become a problem to the customer.
