Hi, i logged in online website for my od through jntu convation website

Post enter of photo and pc next page is visible for online payments of applicable fees/payments, but the online payment via debit/credit/internet banking option is not working to make the payment online.

Pls help to do the same as its already late to submit for od and it very very urget for my job secure.

I have paid the amount for convocation against hall ticket no :04221a0310, name : lakshmi sagar kudupudi, through net banking sbi transaction id : igacgzyam8 for rs 3417.7/- on 30th october 2017 time : 23.59 ist. After the transaction the web page is redirected to a pas as shown in the attached image.

I have applied for JNTUH Online Convocation on Sun Jul 02 23:52:09 IST 2017.
The degree should be dispatched to me in 20 to 40 working days. But still i have not get the degree. I also do not have any option to contact the University.
