Jaxtakart — 337400 my booked item number was confirmed but not delivered

I was ordered micromax canvas 6 pro in jaxtakart on 21/07/2018 payment process completed on that day via online and order number given as 337400 but order details not shown order was not delivered and also not dispatched please take my complaint and refund my money as early as possible some other users also posted it as fake in reviews once verify it about jaxtakart website is it original or not.
