I had online ordered reliance jio wifi m2 wireless device battery scud-mfb260001on 20 june 2019 from jaxtakart and received order confirmatin mail with order number 442744.
When i tracked my order on 25 june 2019 - the site says "your order is confirmed but not yet shipped. So be patience on this we will dispatch your product very soon".
The company has received the money on 20 jun - and even after 5 days - item has not yet shipped?
Is the company fooling me? Or is this a scam?
Ask the company to send product immediately else i will have to put up the entire correspondence to the media and get your website banned for such delays...
