I ordered swipe elite 4g battery on 06/07/2018 but still the item was not shipped. Also unable to track or cancel the order. I paid charges extra for express delivery too.

Customer care numbers and emails are non-responsive. Already sent emails and complaints many times to cancel the order but no response.

This is my first experience with jaxtacart and worst online shopping website i've faced. Going to lodge complaint against the website if no response received within few days.

Already bought the battery in direct store. So i want refund only not the product anymore. By reading the reviews of your websites it seems fake product website.

People new to this website beware before ordering.

Already raised complaint on 12th july but still issue not resolved. They just changed the order status as amount refunded before 10 days.

Expecting refund asap.

Ordered[protected] JIO wifi batteries, but received a fake battery.
Jio Battery is enclosed with smaller capacity battery.
refund my money, waste of efforts and time.

I ordered samsung battery EB-BG360CBN on 4th july, they send wrong battery model with diffetent size after 14 day.
I called and e mail may times with photographs but they r not responding.
Even not refunding my amount.

Take nessary action on these type of company.

Hello I called u many times but ur number is always busy plz solve my query I ordered mobile battery on 21/07/18 but we don't have any update after 20 days I think u r some scam company. Last option from side is complaint against u in cyber crime.. i[censored] receive my msg plz revert urgent...and solve my issue
