I order a mobile battery with extra charge of express delivery, its been 5 days my order is still not shipped, no one received call in customer care, no one replying on my mail, money already deducted.I need my battery as soon as possible and also return me my express delivery charge because express delivery means received order in a day. If you don't have the product which i order then they refund me my money with compensation.

I had ordered a battery for intex aqua 5.5 v r plus.. It has been so many days i have ordered.. But i have not received the order. I am not even able to track the shipment.. I have paid the money for the order also..my order id is 356985
