[Resolved] Jaxtakart — product not despatched | |||||
I ordered for a Flip cover for My Panasonic eluga p55 Nova on 8/10/2019 and paid the amount but I didn't get any indication of my order to be despatched by jaxtakart. While checking status it always shows order confirmed but not shipped be patient and the customer care number not responds while calling. I sent 5 mails which were unanswered. It was shown while ordering that my product would be delivered within 7-10 business days but still no sign of shipping. So I need my amount to be refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||||
