Jaxtakart — product not match with phone, need to return and refund, order id-409995 | |||
I have already complained on the customer care of jaxtakart i. E. [protected]@jaxtakart.com. But, no response received. I am giving copy of email which i have already sent to them on 16/03/2019. Sir, This is to inform you that i have ordered a replacement battery for swipe ellite 4g, order id - 409995. I have received the order on 14/03/2019, after receiving the product i found that it doesn't fit with the phone. And, it is large in size compared to the original one. So, i want to return this product and i want refund my money back to the "original mode of payment". I tried to call immediately to the customer care on 14/03/1994, but call cannot be completed. I tried on 15/03/2019 & 16/03/2019 between the time interval 11 am to 5 pm, more and more but unexpectedly call cannot be completed. So, i finally contacted via email, please respond to me asap and fulfill my request. Finally, co-operation from your end is highly solicited. Thank you. I had purchased a battery for lephone w9 on 1st April 2019 but the product is not dispatched till the date i.e 4th april 2019. If it is not possible to you please cancel my order and refund my money.

I tried to contact Jaxtakart by phone calls and email (more then 10 emails sent for assistant). Till date all I have is EMPTY BOX 0.1kg from Jaxtakart.
