Jaxtakart — product not match with phone, need to return and refund, order id-409995

I have already complained on the customer care of jaxtakart i. E. [protected]@jaxtakart.com.
But, no response received. I am giving copy of email which i have already sent to them on 16/03/2019.

This is to inform you that i have ordered a replacement battery for swipe ellite 4g, order id - 409995. I have received the order on 14/03/2019, after receiving the product i found that it doesn't fit with the phone. And, it is large in size compared to the original one. So, i want to return this product and i want refund my money back to the "original mode of payment". I tried to call immediately to the customer care on 14/03/1994, but call cannot be completed. I tried on 15/03/2019 & 16/03/2019 between the time interval 11 am to 5 pm, more and more but unexpectedly call cannot be completed. So, i finally contacted via email, please respond to me asap and fulfill my request.

Finally, co-operation from your end is highly solicited.
