I have purchase a mobile battery from jaxtakart order no. 275737. Company takes to completed that order more than 2 months. When i have got it my parcel. I checked battery was not working. It was dead. I have contact to company. They advise me return it back. I have returned through india post. It is delivered on time. Now more than 20 days passed. They are not responding and not got my money back.

BAD delivery,

got second hand DUPLICATE product

Customer service is too BAD THEN WORST.

More times i have called to Jaxtakart company and asked about the product, there is no response.
