Hi Team, Y'day Night i have received the above Ordered item # 510716 i.e. Realme 5i Headphones The headphone is NOT working fine need to replace the same only one Ear it was working fine... i checked the connection the wire is Loose.. i received the damages piece need to replace the same with New one... Checked online to replacing/ return but i didn't fine any option and even i tried to reach customer care number +[protected] but No one is picking... Either you Replace it with New one or Refund the Money back Was this information helpful? | |||
