[Resolved] Jaxtakart — replacement products not received | |||
I ordered one moto e4 plus battery on 23 dec 2019. I received the item 8th jan, i checked the item, its faulty battery. As per the instructions i returned the product to jaxtakart. Now they are telling the item not available to dispatch or every day they are telling item will dispatch with bin 24 hours. And not ready to refund amount also. Kindly help me to resolve this matter.
