Jaxtakart — supplied bad quality product (both mobile battery), need to replace both batteries or return the entire money

1st written complaint regarding order id no. 377301 and order id no. # 377370 on 24.11.2018 thought website and customer care. I receive a mail and his suggested me to take photo or video of the both mobile batteries and send to jaxtakart customer care. He assured me for full cooperation and your both batteries will be replaced or refund the money, in this regard you receive a reply mail or call within 24 hours.

I am not receive any call or mail, so that i have made 2nd written complaint –on 26.11.2018 provides photo and video to jaxtakart as per customer care executive suggestions.

3rd complaint as 1st reminder – i still not receive any response from jaxtakart, so that made reminder on 27.11.2018 for above mentioned both order id but till time not any reply received.

4th complaint as 2nd reminder today (28.11.2018) - i still not receive any response from jaxtakart, request to please respond my complaint and redress my problems of both order.

Original complaint

Sir,
I had ordered two mobile batteries (First for micromax model no. E-455 and second for swite elite plus) on[protected] through in your jaxtakart website whose details are given below.

1. Order id no. 377301 which is received on[protected]For micromax e-455)
Major problems – the received battery is pressed / pitched in front side. Secondly, the battery is draining very quickly (Approximately 1 percent per minute), which is significantly light weight and weak power backup from the original battery. I have attached 4 photos and 2 videos to describe the problems.

2. Order id no. # 377370 which received on[protected]For swite elite plus)
Major problems – the received battery size (6. 5 cm x 5.5 cm) which is smaller than the original battery size (7.5 cm x 5.5 cm). Due to received battery cannot fit into the swite elite plus handset or neither inserted, so that its capacity and capability can’t be assessed. Also received battery not be in 3050mah capacity. (2 photos attached.)

Both of the above batteries are not compatible as per the placed order through your website and neither useful for my mobile handset.in this context, i had contacted to your customer care in 24.11.2018, customer care executive said that you take snapshot/photo or video of the both mobile batteries and email to jaxtakart customer care, his assured me for full cooperation and either both batteries will be replaced or the money will be returned.

Therefore, you are requested to replace the above mentioned batteries from correct battery, or return the entire money by taking both the batteries back.
