Jaxtakart — unethical behaviour | |||
I purchased a redmi 2 prime battery from jaxtakart.com, according to there return policy if the product is not as per original or not as per satisfaction, i can return the product for which i need to inform them within 24-48 hrs from that of delivery time. The product that i receive was not as per the original and also wasn't up to my satisfaction since its performance was very poor. When i contacted them and told them they thought as if i am lying and asked for the screenshot of battery when fully charged (100%) and then 2 more screenshot after a interval of 15 mins each, they should understand that battery is very much important for a mobile and why would one lie, and the main point i have is that according to the return policy mentioned on there site the product was not as per original and this reason is enough for a customer to return the product and now where it is mention about providing screenshot and all that.
