Jaxtakart — Unresponsive and unprofessional | |||
I have ordered a replacement battery for airtel 4g hotspot on 1st August 2020. I got an email confirmation on the same for order id 565652 but there has been no further communication. The status is still tracked as not despatched, the customer care number is always busy (even the most popular e-commerce sites have a queue in worst case scenario) and there is no response for email sent to [protected]@jaxtakart.com. COVID-19 cannot be an excuse for an online e-commerce site not communicating back to customer. I am sorry to say that such sites are a blemish in the industry and need to be blacklisted immediately to protect customer confidence and interest, Was this information helpful? | |||
