Jaxtakart — wrong mobile battery provided | |||||
My order id was #359934. I ordered a mobile battery of samsung galaxy on5 pro on 27th of sep'18 and the same was delivered to my address on 03rd of oct'18. The battery i received does not suit to my mobile. It is a smaller size battery i received. After receiving the wrong product, i lodged a complaint to "jaxtakart support team" on 04th of october. But, till now i did not get any response from them. I also tried to call them several times on "+[protected]", but the no. Always busy. I would request jaxtakart to response to my complaint and take necessary action. If you can't provide the right product please refund the money back to my bank account.
