Jaypee Developers — Jaypee Buddh Circuit, Studio Apartment

I am also a victim of same project buddha studio phase 1.
I had booked a studio apartment with Jaypee Buddh Circuit 1 in pre-launch and have been waiting patiently since then for the construction to pick up. I even called multiple times in the last year to track the progress and have always received false hopes from customer care. They kept saying that the construction is about to commence.

I came to know recently that the project will not progress further and that people are trying to get their money back. When I approached them for the same, I came to know that they will take a couple of months to approve the refund...
but nothing has progressed further.
