I have purchased bs201b1401 from jaypee wide involice # jsebs21b1401/jil/13-14/[protected] dates 13th july 2013 and last communication was responded by 23rd feb 2016 where they have confirmed that project will re-initiate in april 2016 and post that no response and no phone lines are working to reach anyone in their office or ho. i have take loan for last amount paid for 2.7 lac and for which i am paying emi to bank like an idiot, moreover as per contract jaypee would be paying compensation which is negligible but they are completely absconding. i would request to help us tighten these mother suckers and take it legally and get our compensation or refund of full amount along with interest from the date of payment and harassment done to us. please guide how to go about it and i dont mind coming to dlehi and filing the case against jaypee group.
