My profile ID is VYAV8953 which was already verified with PAN Card and also the contact details and E-mail id registered with this ID was verified.
I have also paid for the subscription of this profile.
But unfortunately, your team has suspended my profile from their platform for verification purposes.
I have already shared relevant documents as well against which I received these ticket numbers:

But till now there is no revert from your side.
We are not able to reach their team through any contact number as they disabled all the services to talk to their executive team and also since my profile has been suspended, I cannot take the option of Live chat as well.
Whenever they need to add paid subscriptions, they call us multiple times, but when we have paid for it, then there is no way to reach them.
It is really disappointing that in-spite of the number of mails, none of their team members can call us back or they can take immediate action over my ID.
