Account deleted without any notification

Hi,
I've been using Jeevansathi since more than 2 years now. i used to login through Google and my email, phone and identity documents were already verified. The last time i logged in was today morning around 11AM (5th Apr2023). I was also a paid member. My profile email id: [protected]@gmail.com

Fraudulent deletion of my profile VYUZ6611

Address: Ghaziabad

Somebody deleted my profile VYUZ 6611. In my lodging complaint Request Ref[protected] was generated on 4th March 2023.
However despite repeated reminders the company is not responding and thus wasting my paid membership VYUZ6611.

My profile (ZYVS7482) was deleted without any intimation or any investigation. I was not informed in any manner.
I'm following up with them. This is completely unethical on their part to do with their customers.

My profile got deleted without any prior consent and my profile was a verified one.
I had been asked to submit documents for my identity, and I did send them to [protected]@jeevansathi.com as asked.
No response from them even after sharing my documents on priority.
The customer care number is of no use as it is never answered or lands you to anyone to help

My account got deleted in name of rule violation

I don't know why my account got suddenly deleted without any notice or something. I just got a mail from JS saying that my ID is deleted. I tried to contact JS customer care, and the operator said, "Sir, don't worry, we will restore your ID." Just provide some check documents, like your ID proof and all. even though I shared my all relevant documents. Then they said, "Sorry, we can't restore your account; it's under suspension." I don't know...

Wrong Deactivation of profile

Hello My profile ID is XSWR661 my profile was deleted despite of me sharing all the verification proof such as Aadhar, pan, passport, education qualification degree, employment letter. I have already sent email to [protected]@jeevansathi.com multiple times, however there has been no follow up and my profile still remains deleted. I feel so cheated by Jeevansathi as I am a paid member and paid more than 12k to avail their e advantage member services....

I am a paid member on jeevansathi portal (WVSZ7665) they have suspended my services and asking me to give few documents.
Now even after providing them documents, they have not resumed my services, there has been no replies from their site, there is not customer support.
Horrible services wouldn't recommend anyone...

Regarding deletion of account and irresponsible behavior of manager

I already have submit my all details of this account WSUT7021 and took a subscription. But from your side my account get deleted. I got mail for account suspention I revert my details in reply of that mail also. The Manager Rakhee gupta - (mobile. [protected]) which you have allocated in starting not replying properly and the customer number which you have given on the site all are not in use. Solve this query as soon as possible...

He said his name is Rajeev kumar from london . This person will talk for few weeks and than he will say he will come to India to meet you
And than he say he is at airport and due to xyz circumstances he need xyz amount.
I already understood he is fraud. So I denied.
