My Id is VTVY7847. Unfortunately it was deleted. I have provided all my documents including passport, residence permit, University proof and even my working contract.
Nevertheless I did not hear back from you. Kindly retrieve my Id. I assure you that not even a microscopic detail in my Id is fake.

Why my account is banned without any giving message to my id. this incident is occured on 10-07-23 morning. when i open my account it gives me message that your account is not regristered . afterwards it shows that your account is banned due to terms o[censored]se violation.

Plzz resolved my issue as soon as possible....

I am absolutely surprised with the sudden deletion of my Profile, which was Aadhaar validated i recently bought membership 3 days back.

I was about to start communication with a few matches & Suddenly my profile is deleted.

Problem - We are a paid member but from yesterday not able to log-in, its showing 'no profile exists' for SXR1466

Tried to call customer care number but it doesnot have executive support hence emailed too but still no replies from JS...

You're team deleted my account without my notice. You sent one email or two emails regarding my acc. You are asking for too many private documents.

My profile ID is VYAV8953 which was already verified with PAN Card and also the contact details and E-mail id registered with this ID was verified.

I have also paid for the subscription of this profile.

But unfortunately, your team has suspended my profile from their platform for verification purposes.

I have already shared relevant documents as well against which I received these ticket numbers:

But till now there is no revert from your side.

We are not able to reach their team through any contact number as they disabled all the services to talk to their executive team and also since my profile has been suspended, I cannot take the option of Live chat as well.

Whenever they need to add paid subscriptions, they call us multiple times, but when we have paid for it, then there is no way to reach them.

It is really disappointing that in-spite of the number of mails, none of their team members can call us back or they can take immediate action over my ID.

I've been using Jeevansathi since more than 2 years now. i used to login through Google and my email, phone and identity documents were already verified. The last time i logged in was today morning around 11AM (5th Apr2023). I was also a paid member. My profile email id: [protected]@gmail.com
Request you to retrieve my profile as early as possible....

Somebody deleted my profile VYUZ 6611. In my lodging complaint Request Ref[protected] was generated on 4th March 2023.
However despite repeated reminders the company is not responding and thus wasting my paid membership VYUZ6611.

My profile was suspended citing proofs of date of birth, marital status, address etc ..i replied back with email and all proofs attached regarding the documents required. Kindly let me know when will my profile VWWA0225 be restored....
