I am getting msgs from jeeves from last 4 days and there executive calls around 6:30pm in evening everyday and disconnect after one beep. everyday same thing happening.
I raised complained and they said they will arrange for another executive who is professional and will raise complained against this executive. but again same executive assigned. and same thing happened again and again.

More over i am getting msgs from Jeeves now even in midnight. but for no good. TV is still uninstalled.

Very unprofessional service from Jeeves. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    I had purchased Samsung AUE60 43" from Flipkart on April 1, 23. Jeeves technician who had come to install the product sold me 3 year complete protection plan for Rs. 2503.
    Last month, September, 24, TV stopped working. I had reached out to Jeeves support on 29th September who had opened a complaint & assigned technician Mohammad Tariq. This guy visited around 2nd September and before veryfying serial number of the TV, opened it & conveniently closed it back as he broke the LED screen. 2 days later I get a phone/email communication asking for the photo of serial number from the back of the TV.
    I shared the Samsung brand sticker, which had an extra alphabet 'V' in the serial number that was not present on the invoice. Citing this reason, Jeeves closed my complaint & asked me to reach out to Flipkart for further support.
    Since then I have reached out to Jeeves multiple times over phone & email, while sharing the correct serial number photo from the back of my TV, that matches with invoice (extra char on Samsung sticker was anti piracy tag with a lot of different details provided by Samsung, whereas the other serial number pasted elsewhere was the one Jeeves needed for verification).
    Whenever I reach out to support, these guys open a new complaint, simply extend the timeline by 3 days. Ticket gets assigned to the same technician, who keeps on reporting the same issue "serial number mismatch" even without visiting or calling. While the email team has multiple times confirmed that the latest photo with serial number matches correctly & the need 3 days to work on this ticket; but this whole process keeps on going in a loop.

        Dear Team,

        I have purchased a "Complete Appliance Protection (3-year)" plan for my washing machine. I registered a complaint with Jeeves on July 30th regarding the malfunction of the machine. A technician was dispatched to inspect the issue, and I was initially informed that the damaged item would be replaced by August 19th. However, I was later advised that due to product quality issues, the replacement process has been delayed.

        Despite multiple follow-ups with Jeeves, I have consistently been told to wait 48 hours for a resolution, which has not materialized. I have called approximately 10 to 20 times, but I continue to receive the same response without any tangible progress.

        I have documented all the calls, which demonstrate the repeated and unresponsive assurances of a two-day wait period. I am now feeling quite frustrated and helpless.

          Hi,
          I have recently purchased a Samsung washing machine from flipkart for which they have arranged a technician from Jeeves for it’s installation. However after installation the technician insisted us to put a filter for washing machine, further we requested if he can provide customised stand for the washing machine. He has confirmed that he will provide the washing machine stand and filter for that he has informed the cost is 4700/- rupees. Hence we have sent the money to him via GPay on 14 Aug 2024. However, until today 22 Aug 2024 whenever we ask for fitting of stand and filter he is informing it will be fitted today and after that no response from him. As of this time he hasn’t refunded the amount or provided the product. I have called jeeves customer care to register a complaint regarding the same, but they are not ready to register the complaint. They are insisting to speak with Flipkart as the installation is done from flipkart. Hence I have spoken to flipkart and they informed they will give escalated feedback on my behalf. I’m not sure on how to proceed further on this issue. Herewith I’m attaching the screenshot of the payment made via GPay to the technician. Kindly help/assist on this issue please.

            Hi Jeeves Team,

            I am writing you this email with regards to my complaint for my Motorola TV with Claim ID- JCRM-6L5195-QW3ZPW- EMS0C5-6JTQ2HV.

            Since 21-Jul-24, I have raised a request to Jeeves that my Motorola Revou-Q 127 QLED TV bought from Flipkart in 2022 having complete protection program, is not working. After multiple requests, a technician called me and asked me for all details, then he said that he will charge money (INR. 550) for the visit, as I am residing in Noida. I informed him that I have a complete protection plan, so he disconnected the call. Then after a week a new technician was assigned and visited to check the TV, he then took motherboard of the TV with him saying that this will be repaired free of cost and would be re-installed by 02-Aug-24. I received a message from Jeeves regarding the same.

            On 30-Jul-24, I received a call from Jeeves saying that my TV motherboard number and TV model number is mismatching, so the request has been cancelled by the technician, to which I checked the number and confirmed the same to calling executive on call and they assured that number is correct and that technician (Vishal Arora) has raised a false cancellation. They assured that by 02-Aug-24 my issue will get resolved and that the technician will visit and re-install the repaired motherboard, however, I did not receive any update till 03-August.

            On 04-Aug-24, I again contacted to Jeeves customer service and explained the issue, to which they said they have re-opened the case, and it will be done in 3 days. But I strongly asked to have word with some senior personnel to resolve this issue at the earliest. They connected me to a senior person which investigated the issue and put it on a priority that my issue will get addressed in 2 days i.e., by 06-Aug-24. No body visited me till 06-Aug, even I did not receive any call or message from Jeeves technician.

            Today, 07-Aug-24 in the morning I called in Jeeves customer service number, and they informed that the technician had cancelled my complaint.

            It has been 15-20 days since I am facing this issue, I purchased that Tv for INR.40, 000 approx. I also took a complete protection plan. But still I am not getting any resolution and my claim is getting cancelled again and again. Every time a new complaint gets generated by the calling executive and they ask to wait for 3 days, but the wait never gets over. I even the executive if the motherboard could not be repaired, kindly return the same, so that I could get the TV exchanged and buy a new one. But I have received no response to this as well.

            With such pathetic experience and totally frustrated with utter rubbish service of Jeeves and Flipkart, I feel like cheated with the purchase I made. I am writing this email in hope that I may get some help from Jeeves or Flipkart in my claim.

              I have already filed a grievance on INGRAM, but no response since last 2 weeks.

              I bought a phone from Flipkart with Jeeves complete mobile protection. The phone started bending to I used my protection warranty, they took my phone on 12th May, but since then there is nothing from them. It's almost 2 months, without any update, while as per their service policy they had to provide me with an update in 15 days.

              Neither they have an update, nor Flipkart is able to give me an update. Jeeves keep asking me to wait.

                  I purchased MI brand TV of 40inch from Flipkart with extended warranty of Jeeves by paying 2000 extra on actual amount of TV in 2022. Now that TV is was having display issue for which I raised claim under warranty on 4th June. The TV was pickup by their service person on 5th June for repair. I got email and text on 13th June that it is repaired, and issue is closed. But still, I do not get my TV yet. I called Jeeves customer care 10 times for support but not received any support or resolution from them. They just told we escalate your issue but not resolved yet. Each and every time I call but they reply same. In 4 5 days 1month get completed but TV was not received yet.

                    This is regarding Extended Warranty with EWFKLI[protected] for your Motorola 100.3 cm (40 inch) Full HD TV (40SAFHDME).
                    Your claim has been successfully registered and your Claim ID is CLAFLK[protected].

                    Thanks for registering complain and sending your engineer TWICE for inspection however the engineer denied for further inspection as there was no serial number sticker. The purchased TV bought, installed and inspected by your engineer/open delivery agent never told me about the same. Moreover, why the sticker was not labelled in it if we had paid the full amount for purchasing the new TV and not second hand. Since the time its being installed the TV has not been shifted or moved a inch and besides this what should we do with the serial number sticker. In fact the second engineer visited was after explaining everything to your support team over phone.

                    Do you think the said sticker which the engineer was asking has been removed by us? It clearly shows that the provided TV was without sticker from the beginning neither your delivery partner checked it so here the question arises as why not the TV labelled with Sticker has been provided to us if it was so important for future servicing. Moreover the same serial number is clearly mentioned in both your Invoice and Flipkart Invoice, how can you deny this service to us. The Motorola is the product sold by Flipkart and further we have purchased the extended warranty for mental peace thinking we will get the service done in case of any defects found.

                    In spite of assurance of showing all the documents of purchase the person denied to proceed with the necessary actions and said he is helpless. We are now feeling as if we have been cheated by Flipkart and its service agents. The invoice of the TV is attached with this having SAME Serial Number from FLIPKART AND JEEVES with this. Screen shot of Invoices Serial number and TV red burnout is also inserted for your reference. The a picture of the TV having screen problem.

                    Its looks as if we are being cheated on the pretext of label not sticked with your TV. It now looks like as if the sticker was already removed to save the repair cost after opting for extended warranty with Jeeves the Flipkart service handler.

                    We would request and appreciate you to look into this matter and resolve our issues as soon as possible so that our trust on you and your agent remain with us else we would have to think for any future purchase from your cart and further more we are not going to stop this. This is our request and hope you would understand and act on this ASAP. Your Incident registration don't count to us we count on your prompt and honest servicing.

                        I am trying to contact to Jeeves for maintenance for sofa ( cleaning, polishing and fitting ) from the last 3-4 months. But they are just raising a complaint and without visiting my place the service is completed with their Acknowledgement, i am completely fed with the service and it is lots of harassment for me to call everyday with the same issue. Whenever i call they just raise the complaint and the next day i got a text the service is completed, is that how they fraud the money in the name of maintenance, this is the big scam by the jeeves service.
                        I want you to take legal action against the company.

                        Please do help ASAP !

                        I am completely upset from the service which i was taken from jeeves consumer service.
                        I am constantly complaint for maintenance for my sofa ( Polishing, cleaning & fitting outfit) from the last 4 months and every time they just raise the complaint and next day i got text massage that your service is completed, this is happen from long and the important thing is that no one visit my place to fix the issue & whenever i call to jeeves consumer service they take complaint again and the same thing is happen ( your service is completed ) how they are doing the fraud with their customer & the this business is harassing people,
                        So, please do the needful ASAP !

                          I had purchased a Realme 11Pro Plus 5G worth Rs 29k from Flipkart with the additional phone insurance provided by Jeeves consumer services (worth Rs 1600).

                          Around 6 months later, I dropped my phone and I got a small dent on my screen, while the phone was working fine but since I had taken an insurance I decided to get it fixed from the company rather than spending 3k on a local shop in Karol Bagh.

                          Once they received the phone, the actual fraud begins. First I had paid Rs 1500 as insurance processing charges.
                          They said they are working on it and will deliver repaired phone within 7 days.
                          Later, They asked for my bank account details, since by now I had realized the processing is extremely slow on their part, I gave the details thinking may be its a part of their process along with the question as why do they need my bank account details.

                          As usual there was no response and I called their customer care seeking my answer, where the executive told me that the repair charges of the screen is coming out to be 28K (which is actually more than the phone cost) and as per their policy they will be refunding 60% of my phone cost. I immediately retailiated and told them I do not want a refund to which they had agreed on call saying they will return the unrepaired phone and the 1500 processing charges will be forfeited.
                          Also they told me that I can get it repaired myself and claim the amount from Jeeves.

                          I had no other option but to agree, I was promised that I will get my phone back, the next day I get credited with 16k in my bank account and the customer care now tells me that nothing can be done now since I have got the refund.

                          Cut to this day, I have escalated multiple times and every time there is a new story they say on call, but on asking them to write the same on email they say they dont have access to send emails.

                          I lost my 29k phone +1500 and got 16k in return, which I could have got fixed from outside in 3k.

                          I dont know what they have done to my phone, but they are definitely doing such frauds and making profits on new devices by trading them at ultra low costs.

                            I raised the request in Oct'23 it has been 6+ months but I'm still waiting for the resolution.
                            Raised a complaint against My AC not working which was bought with Extended Jeeves Warranty. When the complaint was raised In Oct'23 technician (Bheemisetti Ganesh) visited my place and said that the motor fan needs to be replaced and ordered for the product. From then it started continuously, technician visiting my place very frequently but there is no resolution.

                            From the day I raised Complaint Technician ordered and changed "ODU fan motor, ODU PCB, ODU cylinder and compressor" changed multiple times in period of 6months and finally technician Bheemisetti Ganesh who is assigned to me, confirmed that the product is defective and repair can't be done because they have replaced almost all the parts in AC.But still company is forcing to do repair while there is no way.

                            Request team to replace the product with New product ASAP.

                              This is Guddu Kumar Shaw. I had purchased 1.5 ton MarQ AC (MarQ by Flipkart Convertible 4-in-1 Cooling 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Inverter AC - White) through Flipkart which is a company owned product and I took an extended warranty for another 2 years from Jeeves.

                              Last month (March '24), I encountered issues with Air Conditioner which was/is not cooling due to fault encountered during first installation.
                              I had registered a complaint with Complaint Id# CLASLK[protected] on 18-April where I was told that the issue will get resolved in 3 days.
                              This is more than 9 days but I am not getting any status update on my registered phone number and email address. However, I dropped email to Jeeves support team and they are asking Money Rs.500 for the service for product which is under warranty till Sep'2025.

                              I am cheated earlier also. When I purchased the AC through Flipkart then I had paid installation charge of Rs.1500/- but the Technician (Samsher Khan) who came at my address for installation was asking and taken Rs.1500/- otherwise he was not ready to install it. He told me that why I have paid this installation charge to Flipkart as they will not receive anything from there. Also, he was not ready to start my installation until I purchase any items from his side which is completely wrong. On that day, I never filed any complaint but now I want that you must look into this.

                              I am not getting any updates. Please look into this as I am suffering a lot with wrong information from Jeeves support. They are asking money for their service, or it appears that they are forcing/ bounding me to take the service from outside. if I cannot wait till their un-estimated deadline. Each time, I am given 3 days wait time and when I am calling, they are requesting to wait for another 3 days. They say that I am escalating to upper team/ On call team, but they are trying to fool us.

                                I have ordered 2 door wardrobe from Flipkart order id: OD[protected] and it was delivered on 19th April 2024 and installation was scheduled on the same day but did nog get any call from installation team. Next day on 20th april, after waiting whole day got installation scheduled again for 20th April with jeeves but did nit get the service on that day also.                                   I am writing to address a critical issue with the VU TV I bought from Flipkart. My Android Television is currently experiencing a major problem as it refuses to power on. Initially, I reached out to Jeeves Company on 10th February 2024. A Jeeves technician visited, and my VU TV was taken to the Jeeves center. I received my TV back on 25th February 2024.

                                  However, just two days later, on 27th February 2024, my VU Android TV faced the same issue once again. I contacted Jeeves customer care, and they registered my claim on 13th March 2024.

                                  On 14th March 2024, Mohamad Shahnawaz Alam was assigned to address the issue. He visited, took the motherboard of my VU TV, and when he took that timesand assured me that I would receive an update within 72 hours. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from Jeeves Company since then.

                                  The lack of response from Jeeves support has caused me significant distress. I bought the TV from Flipkart for INR 28993.00, and despite contacting Jeeves Customer Care numerous times over the past three months, I have only been told to wait for two days. It has been almost a 2+ month over, and I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution.

                                  This situation has led to mental anguish, and I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. I am requesting a replacement TV as the current issue with the motherboard remains unresolved.

                                  I purchased the VU 43-inch Smart LED TV from Flipkart on 2nd October 2021. At that time, I also bought a 3-year TV protection plan from Jeeves, which commenced on 2nd October 2021.

                                    We have ordered an ac from flipkart by exchanging old AC. The Uninstallation was free with the order that will be done by Jeeves Service partner at free of cost. We got message with contact details to connect with Technician named "SARAVANAN" to uninstall the ac in order to check AC condition and uninstall it before delivery to exchange. But while contacting the Technician, He refused to come and uninstall the Ac also informed us to dismantle at our own by arranging somebody else. Totally getting upset by his response, rude speech and dropped the call while enquiring that it is mentioned as free why can't come, rudely said he can't come.

                                      A wrongly registered claim for which processing fee was paid, was cancelled after realisation that it was wrong claim for wrong device. Jeeves team said theyll refund in 7 days. but yet 1 n half month no response. just 2 days 2 days they say, even after sending bank details.
