We have ordered an ac from flipkart by exchanging old AC. The Uninstallation was free with the order that will be done by Jeeves Service partner at free of cost. We got message with contact details to connect with Technician named "SARAVANAN" to uninstall the ac in order to check AC condition and uninstall it before delivery to exchange. But while contacting the Technician, He refused to come and uninstall the Ac also informed us to dismantle at our own by arranging somebody else. Totally getting upset by his response, rude speech and dropped the call while enquiring that it is mentioned as free why can't come, rudely said he can't come.

A wrongly registered claim for which processing fee was paid, was cancelled after realisation that it was wrong claim for wrong device. Jeeves team said theyll refund in 7 days. but yet 1 n half month no response. just 2 days 2 days they say, even after sending bank details....

TV was not getting ON from 2nd April 2024 onwards.

Installation was due on 18th March 2024 however I am still waiting as of 21st March and contacted customer care multiple times. It is not yet done and not share any details of any technician allocated for the same. Details below. You guys are wasting people time and money.

I have purchased 3 years extended warranty from jeeves for my washing machine in jan 2022. I am facing issues with my washing machine from last 10 days for which I am trying to raise complaint with jeeves, they are not taking my complaint and also not providing me any service/repair. My machine is still under extended warranty.

Please help me to get my machine repaired with in warranty.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent incident involving my VU 55" 4K TV, which I purchased from Flipkart along with the Jeeves Complete TV Protection plan for three years.

On 07 March 2024, while moving an almira from one room to another, my TV suffered damage when it was hit by the almira. As per the terms of the protection plan I purchased, I contacted Jeeves customer care to request assistance with the repair. However, I was informed that the damage is not covered under the warranty.

This response is confusing and concerning to me, as I specifically purchased the complete protection plan to safeguard against such unforeseen events. I fail to understand why the damage incurred during a routine movement of furniture is not eligible for coverage under the protection plan.

I urge you to review my case thoroughly and reconsider your decision. I request prompt assistance in resolving this matter and arranging for the necessary repairs or replacement of my TV as per the terms of the protection plan I purchased.

My complaint regarding washing Machine not working properly from dated 15th January 2024, but still not resolved even and after many reminder send by me .

I raised claim on Feb 17, one technician visited & took all snap shot of problem sofa & went back updating Jeeves will update the further process, but there is ghanta update from Jeeves
By calling customer care they closed the claim. again i raised new claim 4B18-46614BASCSV-7010216, on contacting that useless technician which is again assigned to him & he says on calling him he got some videos to repair n he call back by seeing video again Ghanta update
Again this claim also got cancelled mentioning no response from customer itslef.
On 4th Mar got call from [protected] at 4.43 & will update in 5 mins, again ghanta update from this number also.

There is no proper service from Jeeves & its a fraud company

I bought a Blaunkpaunt 42-inch TV on Flipkart in March 2022.

The TV Came with a 1-year warranty. I extended the warranty for +2 years total its 3 years.

Now the TV is not working. I called and raised a ticket on this issue with Jeeves on Feb 15, 2024.

They assigned a technician and sent the technician's number and name through a message.

And they told me that the technician will...

I have registered a complaint for repair of my TV set (CANDES MAKE), the complaint was logged on 27th of Jan2024 till date no one is attending the call. I have already paid the service contract amount in advance. I have also the received copy of the same. They have given a call log no. CLAJVS-1PLYH7161SABJLHTTU-[protected]. I have complaint nearly 20 times, all the time the representatives (customer care support) assured me of sending representative the next day. Already a month been passed no one is bothered to visit my defective TV set.

Ac cooling problem and gas filling and total serviceing please

I purchased realme techlife washing machine from flipkart. But unfortunately I opened it after replacement period. When I put water inside I found it's leaking from all sides. I called flipkart customer care they gave me service center no. I called them. Technician came and checked and said need to order part. After 7 days i got msg dat my claim was settled. Without replacement of part and without technician visit. I complain again. After waiting for another 15-20 days. Again got same msg that my claim was settled this time also without replacement and without technician visit. I again complain. It's 3rd time now same thing happening again I am asked to wait for God knows how many days. Jeeves technician neither taking my calls nor calling. Neither replacement is giving nor helping for refund. It's almost 3 months now. Every day I am calling but of no use.

An issue I am experiencing with the Mi TV that I purchased from Flipkart on 16/01/2021 with order Id OD[protected].Unfortunately, I have encountered a persistent problem with the TV's display, which remains blank. This issue has been persistent since November 2023. This issue I informed to mi service centre on Nov 2023, from there it got delayed and they assured that we can claim the warranty anytime because we registered a complaint before the warranty period expires.and last moment they told us to contact Jeeves, anyway we contacted them on Jan 17, 2024. From their side they delayed the service and now they are saying we can't claim the warranty because the warranty expired. Warranty expires date was on 22nd Jan 2024.

The washing machine, covered under the Complete Protection Plan (CPFK[protected], has been experiencing persistent malfunctions despite repeated service attempts by Jeeves technicians. The primary issue revolves around the machine's main board, which has been replaced three times within the last eight weeks, yet the problem persists. Additionally, during the most recent service visit, an outdated 2019 PCB was provided, exacerbating concerns about the quality of replacement parts. The continuous failure to resolve the issue has resulted in extended downtime, causing substantial inconvenience to the consumer, Anu Vasudevaru.

Display black vertical line first issue.Then second time centre to right side complete white colour, 3rd time left side full in clarity.Totaly display full damege.

I have purchased Realme tech washing machine by flipkart and 1 dec machine suddenly stopped I have complaint and jeeves service person come and check and say belt is loose and replace 1 December to till date 7 th feb not coming any person and only send msssege

I have raise ticket to cancel my extended warranty for my new TV. i have submitted all my bank details to get refund amount. But even after 2 months refund not came..

when ever i called to customer care, there saying like wait 2 days.. but no use.

No proper response from their team.. Once service engineer came before a week and told panel faulty we will replace it..He took photos all and gone but jeeves said serial number not clear and told they will send technician again.. After that no one came.. Totally fraud company trying to loot customers money.. Govt should take necessary action kindly..
