    Address: Jeeves technician for north goa

    I purchased realme techlife washing machine from flipkart. But unfortunately I opened it after replacement period. When I put water inside I found it's leaking from all sides. I called flipkart customer care they gave me service center no. I called them. Technician came and checked and said need to order part. After 7 days i got msg dat my claim was settled. Without replacement of part and without technician visit. I complain again. After waiting for another 15-20 days. Again got same msg that my claim was settled this time also without replacement and without technician visit. I again complain. It's 3rd time now same thing happening again I am asked to wait for God knows how many days. Jeeves technician neither taking my calls nor calling. Neither replacement is giving nor helping for refund. It's almost 3 months now. Every day I am calling but of no use.

      An issue I am experiencing with the Mi TV that I purchased from Flipkart on 16/01/2021 with order Id OD[protected].Unfortunately, I have encountered a persistent problem with the TV's display, which remains blank. This issue has been persistent since November 2023. This issue I informed to mi service centre on Nov 2023, from there it got delayed and they assured that we can claim the warranty anytime because we registered a complaint before the warranty period expires.and last moment they told us to contact Jeeves, anyway we contacted them on Jan 17, 2024. From their side they delayed the service and now they are saying we can't claim the warranty because the warranty expired. Warranty expires date was on 22nd Jan 2024.

The primary issue revolves around the machine's main board, which has been replaced three times within the last eight weeks, yet the problem persists. Additionally, during the most recent service visit, an outdated 2019 PCB was provided, exacerbating concerns about the quality of replacement parts. The continuous failure to resolve the issue has resulted in extended downtime, causing substantial inconvenience to the consumer, Anu Vasudevaru.

            I have purchased Realme tech washing machine by flipkart and 1 dec machine suddenly stopped I have complaint and jeeves service person come and check and say belt is loose and replace 1 December to till date 7 th feb not coming any person and only send msssege

              I have raise ticket to cancel my extended warranty for my new TV. i have submitted all my bank details to get refund amount. But even after 2 months refund not came..

              when ever i called to customer care, there saying like wait 2 days.. but no use.

                My registered jeeves contact number [protected].. I had putted 3 yrs tv complete protection.. Now my tv has panel issues.. I registered complaint on jan 20 2024.. Daily am calling and putting mail.. No proper response from their team.. Once service engineer came before a week and told panel faulty we will replace it..He took photos all and gone but jeeves said serial number not clear and told they will send technician again.. After that no one came.. Totally fraud company trying to loot customers money.. Govt should take necessary action kindly..

                  There was installation of geyser to o be done and services appointed by Flipkart for the same.The technician drilled over the pipe, destroying the pipe and left it like that I had to arrange for the plumber myself. There was no support either physical or financial support from their side The tiles had to be broken to repair the pipe.Now I am still unable to get the geyser installed n repair the tiles work.

                      I have paid 1000 rupees and sent my mobile for repair to Jeeves as the mobile is under complete mobile protection plan the claim no is : complaint CLCMH[protected] .

                      I have sent the mobile on 18th Dec 2023 and have not received my yet till date i.e[protected] when they informed to complete the process with in 10 days. I received a message from jeeves on 22nd stating they have completed the repair and sent the mobile via blue dart but we did not get the mobile yet. Blue dart claims they do not have the mobile and asks me to contact Jeeves.

                      Jeeves customer support is pathetic, they do not provide any details except asking me to wait for 2 days each time I call or write a mail. its been 21 days and I did not get a single update from them. have sent multiple mails and made multiple phone calls till now.

                        I bought a Hisense A71F 126 cm (50 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with Dolby Vision & ATMOS (order id: OD[protected] on 3rd October 2021. I also purchased an extended warranty of three years from Jeeves through Flipkart on 6th October, 2021.

                        My TV malfunctioned 2 months back and I invoked the service warranty from Jeeves. Since then I am having the worst experience of my life that I have never had with any other customer support. I have written several emails and my wife has been calling their customer support for the last two months but the only thing we keep hearing is it will take two more days. Two months have passed and no action yet. First they kept pushing the matter and when the technician collected the malfunctioning PCB from the tv, we haven't heard back from them. They have been giving all sorts of reasons and pushing the matter further and further.

                          This is sairam from chennai, I purchased Midea washing machine on flipkart and purchased additional warrent on jeeves. My washing machine showing error E60 and I registered a complaint to jeeves on 10th of December but still now nobody visited to my home or not even called to me. I called 4 times to customer care till today, but they not responding properly just asking me to wait for two working days and not connecting to higher officers. I need a help.

                                I have purchased a wardrobe from Flipkart on 06th August 2022. At the time of purchase I have bought an Extended warranty service of 3 yrs .
                                Now when I want to avail that service didn't receive any response from Jeeves.
                                The contact number which I got from Flipkart, didn't receive any response.
                                I have send mail to their mail id but didn't get any response.
                                Now when I ask Flipkart support to help me they are asking for Job card which is provided by Jeeves.
                                I told Flipkart support that how can I will give you the job card when I am unable to contact them.
                                But Flipkart is still asking for it.
                                Please help me out with a solution.

                                  This is regarding my box bed which I bought from flipcart and extended warranty from Jeeves. After completing one year my bed's head side door is damaged and polish work required.
                                  I called customer care and the executive said that the technician will visit my location within 2 business days. I waited for 2 days but no response. I called again and again and they committed for 2 business days. Which never come in follow up in one month. Mean while I did multiple mail to the concerned and they also committed for 2 days TAT. Which never come.

                                  Being as a consumer I am really fed up of this pathetic service response by Jeeves, which I can expect any more from such a renowned company like Jeeves.
                                  They are really cheaters and money making machine who can't pay any attention towards the customer.
                                  I donno what will happen after writing this but I can surely say never opt any service from this kind of fraud company.

                                      I am arun verma I purchased Marq LED TV in 2020 and I purchased extended warranty service from jeeves. I am attaching the document with this letter. My tv has stopped working in june 2023 so I contact to jeeves for repairing my TV, your team has been picked my led tv I june 2023 and than they told it cant be repair so we will refund you amount of 12599 as per policy, but after the 5 months of complaint I idid’nt received and claim as per conversation with your customer support team. Their answer is same everytime like with in 48 hours your issue will be resolve but till the date I didn’t and solution so I am writing you this letter please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
                                      I contact with your team various time :
                                      16 june 2023 first complaint
                                      24 june submitted my account details 1st time
                                      21 august again conversation with customer support
                                      24Aug document submitted 2nd time
                                      And many more dates I have recorded.
                                      I request you kindly resolve my complaint and compensate my claim of Rs. 12599/- as soon as possible. Next time I will go to consumer court.
