My device is at jeeves service center from more than a month they are not returning my device and not giving correct response...

My mobile picked and delivered at jeeves service center on April 18th from there they are not responding correctly they just saying wait two days every time i mail them it's been more than 1 month still they are not returning my device...

3 months back, i applied for claiming warranty for my repaired microwave.. they took 1 month to process for the spare parts then another 1 month to process another spare part which they forgot to order in first go but after that, called me and said they cant buy spare parts and are ready for refund.. i accepted for the refund. Its been another 1 month, neither the technician nor the customer service is responding to my calls. I dont know...

Struggling since last 4-5 months with my Nokia TV and JEEVES services. What I have to do every month is book a complaint of my TV to customer care then in 3 days vendor came and collect TV saying it’s parts to be changed then in 4-5 days they install TV saying it’s working now…..from next day onwards problem again persist then again I have to call customer care and follow the same process which is 9-10 days every month but still problem...
