My claim id is - CLCM[protected].
My insurance I'd is - CMFK[protected].
I registered my damaged mobile claim with Jeeves on 10 march, 2021 and my phone was picked by them on 12 March. They said phone is completely damaged and refund will be given for phone. But it's been around 6 months and I haven't got my claim money and everytime I call them they say that we've escalated your issue and it'll be resolved soon. They also took Rs. 1000 from me to register my claim that I paid on 11 March 2021.

It have been more than a month and nothing is done for my complaint. I have submitted my phone to Jeeves in March and still nothing from them.
Please solve my problem asap

    I purchased a phone on flipkart with Flipkart mobile protection (Jeeves) plan which covers accidental damage in oct 2020. In march 2021 mobile got damaged accidentally. I applied insurance or refund in Jeeves. They picked my phone and checked. And told that its not repairable so 70% amount will be refunded. From April 2021 to till they never refund a single rupee even after frequently follow up. Pls help.

      I have raised an claim for My product Mi 4a pro but I did not get any response till now. I even did not received any call either from Service center or any technician.

        Hi Team,

        I have purchased Thomson TV from Filpkart on Fri, 8th Mar 2019 along with 2 years extended warranty Jeeves. Recently I got dot on the screen and raised complaint on July'22 and technician visited my home and collected TV from me on July'29-2021.
        As per their communication SLA for repair 14-15days but still not getting proper update.
        And I followed-up since last 2 days but i got 3 kinds of responses.
        1)Panel has damaged and Panel replacement approval status
        2)Panel not available it is in refund estimate state
        3) Senior technician assigned to Issue
        4)Technician will visit your home to pick the product but it already taken from me on jul-29.
        5) sometimes they are updating its not cover under warranty.

        And I sent all details to their support email but still their is standard reply from team. They are not given any update.

          I bought a product from flipkart on 16 th august. They dont come yet and install the product. Everyday i am geting scheduling and rescheduling msg only... they never contacted me... i am tried lot of time they are not anwering. Once answered and they told they can't come to here since it is long. Actually i am already paid the installation fees also i want it by tomorrow its urgent... very insensitive and irresponsible service.. i am waiting here for nearly 10 days...

                Representative took the TV from home in June 28 issue is running last 2 months but no update on this.

                I had registered a complaint regarding extended warranty claim of my Mi LED TV on 2021July 21st. But till date the same has not been rectified. At first they informed to repair the TV.But now they are saying that they will make partial repayment. But that too is not happening.

                I took Jeeves extended warranty in the hope of getting timely service. I am contacting Jeeves toll free service on a daily basis without any positive outcome. Hoping for a better approach from Jeeves.

                  Got delivered on 19, 3 days have passed but there is no response from the installation team if you can't come for installation please inform as soon as possible other wise i have to cancel the order.

                    I purchased motorola ac from flipkart and also taking company installation in it. and company gives installation to jeevs. and Jeevs Technician installed ac with improper way and totally spoil my ac installation.

                    and now he will not listen and not doing proper installtion.
