Why there was a delay in scheduling Technician visit with Asus where the replacement was requested on 4th aug.
Flipkart support team mentioned Tech schedule is done by Jeeves and after checking with Asus it was raised on 14th aug so overall delay in replacement.

Total Care protection plan for Thomson 43 inch TV

I am Ajith Kamal, I have purchased Thomson OATHPRO series TV and 3year additional Total care protection from Flipkart worth 1899/- along with my TV (Policy no: CPFK[protected]. Horizontal lines showing in dispaly and I have registered one complaint on 11 July 2023. Complaint number is CLCPK[protected]. I didn't get any call or any messages other than this claim id, so I again contacted Jeeves and on 14th July and I got one message...

I have been trying to get Cleaning and Maintenance Services from Jeeves against the Furniture Maintenance Plan which I had bought along with Sofa Set from Flipkart in Dec 2022.
I registered the issue on July 23rd and as of now I have made multiple calls and have written multiple emails. But still the service has not been prvided.

    Fraud company . Jeeves claims to be providing extended warranty but when we raised the issue they never send any technician, I bought a TV worth 29000 with Flipkart and Flipkart sold the Jeeves extended warranty at my home after installation . They said it’s three years warranty now . Recently my tv display stopped working and I called Jeeves for the same initially they said they said they will send technician . But till now no response nothing has happened .. and now when I called them they simply keep sending the tenchician has already reached my home but I’m reality nobody has reached
    They are the next biggest scam happening in india currently . Just taking money from customers and ignoring the

      I am filing this posting this after raising multiple requests with Jeeves service provider in order to repair myrefrigerator.
      I bought a “Whirlpool 292 L Frost Free Double Door 3 Star Convertible Refrigerator” on 2nd October 2021. I had also bought an add-on of “Complete Appliance Protection (3 Years)” of Jeeves service from flipkart. After using the refrigerator for 1 year and 4 months I started facing a cooling issue in my refrigerator. The lower part of the refrigerator was not getting cooled and the upper compartment of the refrigerator was freezed. Later while investigation was done by Jeeves executive we got to know that the cooling equipment was frozen and due to the ice formed in the cooling equipment of the refrigerator the air vents were blocked due to which there was no cooling in the lower compartment. Please see the attached picture which shows the frozen equipment.
      Jeeves has found out a way to avoid giving refunds to customers that they promised in their extended warranty product. They say that they would attempt to repair the product first and if not repaired they would proceed for refund. But they close the ticket by replacing some part of the product. When we ask them that the product has not been repaired they log a new complaint and mention that since this a new complaint the product is assumed to be repairable and they would again attempt to repair the product. It's been more than 6 months that my product is damaged and they are not processing my refund. When I reach out to the support they just give fake assurances and delay the issue. Below is the detailed explanation about the service that I have been offered by jeeves since the last 6 months.
      CASE #1
      CASE ID: FLRW-AD3MG8-DWDG49-3OKBB8-CC5063Y
      I raised a complaint on 24th March by calling the Jeeves Customer Support. A technician visited my house and mentioned that a part had to be replaced and he ordered the part which would take 21 days to be delivered. After 21 days, on 14th April the technician revisited and replaced the part and left. The case was closed without confirming whether the issue was resolved or not. I was facing the same issue but when I called the technician he mentioned that it would take 2 days for the ice to melt and the refrigerator to work properly. He mentioned to turn off the refrigerator for 2 days and then use it. We turned the refrigerator off for a week, the ice melted and then we turned on the refrigerator. After a couple of weeks I started facing the same issue again. The ice was formed again and the issue still persisted. When i called the jeeves customer support they logged this as a new complaint even after mentioning that this was the issue faced in the previous case.
      CASE #2:
      CASE ID: FLRW-2CP52L-PND7ZM-6VWMNU-436K939
      The Support team logged the complaint as a new request on 4th May. Again a technician visited my house and ordered another part, which again took more than 21 days to get delivered. The technician replaced the part on 4th June and left. The case was again closed without confirming whether the issue was resolved or not. The technician again mentioned that it would take a couple of days for the ice to melt, so turn off the refrigerator for a few days and then use it. I did the same and a couple of weeks later I started facing the issue again.So I reached out to the support again and mentioned to reopen the previous case or atleast link it as a related case. But they opened a new case.

      CASE #3:
      CASE ID: FLRW-ER0IIQ-UG4EX2-8ESU4T-79ORKWL
      The support team logged the complaint again on 19th June, but since I had faced the issue repeatedly I asked what would be the process for refund. They mentioned that if they were not able to repair the product they would proceed with a refund. I mentioned that I had already faced this issue twice and it has not been resolved. They mentioned that this time it would be 100% resolved and they would escalate this issue so that it could be done properly. The technician replaced another part this time and the case was closed on 7th July. As usual, I faced this issue again.The support person told me that there was no response to the previous escalation or refund related query, which might be a technical issue. He told that he would raise a new request again and this time it would be resolved. Every time I called the Jeeves Service center, a new person would pick up the call, create a new ticket, and assure that this time the issue would be resolved. But I was continuously facing the issue despite multiple
      complaints.
      CASE #4:
      CASE ID: FLRW-CSG4Z1-C3UOBO-S9EB5B-25IT1F
      The support team logged a new complaint on 17th July. I told the executive that I don't want service, I want to proceed to refund. They mentioned that this is logged as a new ticket so they would attempt to repair first and then if not possible then they would refund. But i insisted so he mentioned that he would send a mail to their backend team which would approve my refund. He told me to call back after 2 working days to check the response. The technician came and replaced another part on 30th July and left. I started facing the issue again. So I mailed to Jeeves mentioning that I had made multiple complaints about the issue with my refrigerator but since its not getting fixed please process for refund. I called the support to check with the executive on the refund query that the previous executive had mentioned. This executive said that she couldn't see any such mail. She mentioned that she would send a request and I could get an update in 2 days.
      CASE #5:
      CASE ID:FLRW-BOX924-4R52XZ-7RWBDM-5H863E4
      I refused the technician to order any part since the jeeves support was closing the ticket by replacing it. I kept on calling the support and mailing the support of Jeeves. Every time they mention that no request for refund has been made and it might be a technical issue that they are not able to see an update. They say that they would escalate and update me within 24 hours, 2 days, 3 days, but I don't get any update.
      Even when I call back they mention some technical issue and refuse to process for refund. Since I demanded a refund but not a repair this complaint was closed without my consent.
      I am helpless here and I feel pathetic that in spite of buying a premium service for extended warranty I need to go through all this trouble.

        I have purchased asus laptop along with complete laptop protection for 2 years by jeeves. Now i am facing issues regarding heating and battery draining within policy period.
        So i complained on your toll free no for the complaint of heating and battery.
        Afterfor on dated 09/08/2023 service engineer(mr. Vipin) arrive for inspection and told that battery is faulty and also mother bord may be defective against case id- jjpr[protected] he told one of company executive will come to replace battery and for checking of motherboard.
        On dated 10/08/2023 mr rehmaan ([protected]) called that batter is accessories part and will not be covered in complete laptop protection. So we are closing your complaints.
        As per jeeves complete laptop plan its covers broken screen issue, accidental damage issue, hardware components issue.
        Inbuilt battery comes in hardware not in accessory part. Still may concern is not resolved.
        If this is the way of service by jeevas ??

          Regarding claim of damaged display of phone

          I bought a infinix hot 12 phone from Flipkart with 1 year of complete mobile protection plan of ₹299/- from Jeeves. My phone display damaged by accident. I request a claim of payout option for my damaged display . after 15 days of my request for claim Jeeves is not refunded my amount and i have not received any update about my claim till now. I am facing very problem without my phone....

          Subject: Request for Replacement of Samsung TV Remote under Warranty

          Dear Jeevees Company,

          I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the remote control of my Samsung TV, which is currently under warranty under the Jeevees extended warranty program. I kindly request a replacement for the malfunctioning remote control.

          I purchased the Samsung TV [[IMEI/Serial No: 0DTD36TR600757 ]] ( model name- Samsung tv 4 series) from [ Seller: IWQNBecommerce] on [Date of purchase - 20/05/2021]. Along with the TV, I also opted for the Jeevees extended warranty to ensure comprehensive coverage for any potential issues that may arise during the warranty period. As per the terms and conditions of the warranty, I am entitled to a replacement of faulty components, including the remote control.

          The problem with the remote control began on [Date], when it suddenly stopped responding to commands. I have tried replacing the batteries, but the issue persists. I have also attempted to troubleshoot the remote control by following the guidelines provided in the user manual, but to no avail. Therefore, it is evident that the remote control is defective and requires immediate replacement.

          I kindly request that you arrange for a replacement remote control as soon as possible. I understand that the warranty period is a time-sensitive matter, and I would appreciate prompt action to rectify this issue. I have attached a copy of the purchase receipt and the extended warranty certificate for your reference.

          I would like to emphasize the importance of a functioning remote control as it is essential for operating the TV efficiently. I have been inconvenienced due to the inability to control the TV's settings and access various features.             Hi my complaint is related to my Onida 1.5 ton ac which is under warranty. Jeeves is providing 2 year of extended warranty. My AC is not working so i raised a complaint under claim id FLRO-3Y8F58-UTZV9W-4L2J1O-X1VZC1H .
            I raised my complaint on 21st of July and today is 30th July within 10 days of time period i didn't receive any message or call from the technician.

            Im taking daily follow-up from the customer care and they are only giving false promises that your complaint will be resolve under 48hrs from the 1st day. Customer care number is [protected]

              My LED mi tv is repaired by jeevs two times but after 4 days of installation same problem is stated. My question is that are jeevs done their work well? Or jst for show. From March to July I registered atleast 5 complaint against led TV. But jeevs respond is not good. One of the worst service centre is jeevs. Please don't buy anything from jeevs

                  I am purchasing Vivo T1 phone with screen damage protection of Jeeves.
                  My screen damage I am file claim in portal but not any technical issue from Jeeves claim not registered.
                  Again I am filed claim on 25th May 2023 number is CLSPG[protected] which is cancelled by Jeeves finance team without any rectification or reason I am taking follow up with daily call and e mail 45 times to Jeeves but issue not solved and I am not received payout of my claim.

                  I am again filed claim as per Jeeves executive on 13 July 2023 with number
                  CLSPL[protected] provide all necessary documents but again claim cancelled by Jeeves finance team as Jeeves executive confarmation. I am ask for reasons what problem in document then tell that that know only our financial team .
                  I am ask for call transfer to Back and support team that all time tell that they will not available.

                  What make foolish to people by Jeeves.

                  My issue can resolve as soon as possible

                  I am also attached mail screenshot of follow up 45 times and 10 times in Both claim

                  Today 2 month complete till claim not processed.

                            I have complained about the washing machine refund not provided and the amount of money taken from me for part purchase wad not refunded.
                            I would like to inform that washing machine refund amount has been provided, but the amout of Rs 1600/- paid by me for part purchase haven't been refunded yet.

                              Hiii My registered mobile number in Jeeves is [protected] my claim I'd is CPFK[protected] .I bought a Oneplus TV through Flipkart and I chosen Extended warranty through Jeeves .when my TV got fault I raised a complaint through Jeeves on 16th June they sent one technician to visit for the tv complaint that time he told me.that speaker complaint so take it as a request to replace the speakers but nearly 1 month still no contact from Jeeves and no proper calls and If I try to call they refused to attend the call at all I don't no what to do here after better way is through consumer court is the right solution am I think so kindly take it as a complaint for further

                                I have a marq fridge that I am trying to repair for one month now everytime I call customer care all they tell me is that my part is on the way and will take 5 to 7 days. It's been a month now but 5 to 7 days never come . If you won't repair my fridge tell me clearly that you won't do repair my fridge. Jeevs has the most pathetic customer service I have ever seen in my life .
