I am Madhumita Saha from Kolkata. I have purchased Airconditioner from Flipkart. Company name marq by Flipkart.Your company's 2 executive came for installation. But they are not proper trained. Also they charged maximum from me. When I told him that, from where I got this invoice. They assured me that after installation I get my invoice copy where shows which item they use for installed with price they charged from me. after that day they did not receive my calls. when i am calling for invoice. They charged 4000/- from me. But as per your catalogue they charged excess in each items.
Please do the need full. I want my installation invoice with items details with price. Also want to know how much amount they are excess collect from me & why?. I want my excess money back.
