Jeeves Consumer Services — unable to get my device back | |
I raised a ticket for repair of my device Realme 2 pro on 22nd May 2019 and it was picked up from my home on 22nd May 2019. They have promised me to deliver back my device after repair within 10 business days which is also stated in their policy. 4th June 2019 was the 10th business day as per them and still as on 7th June 2019 which is 12th business day as per them they have not yet started diagnosis of the problem and they are responding just by telling there is technical problem. Even of their executive when I called on 4th June lied that my device is repaired and kept in quality check and I will get my device within next 48 hours. When I called again after two hours to know whether device is shipped the other customer care executive informed me that it is not yet serviced. I call them daily and they inform me same thing that I will receive call back within next 2 hours regarding the status of my mobile and still as on 7th June 2019 I have not yet received a word from them. Even though I purchased it from flipkart but even they are not replying to mails. I have the call recordings of the conversation that I do with Jeeves.
