Jeeves Consumer Services — Waiting for Refund for Extended warranty | |||
I had bought Nokia Smart TV in November 2020 from Flipkart. Due to some technical reason TV was sent back in January 2021 and we got our TV refund back. We had bought extended warranty from Jeeves to support our Smart TV after brand's 2 year warranty. Since, we had sent our Smart TV back in January 2021 we claimed for a refund from Jeeves as we don't own the TV now. It's been more than 2 months I am following up on email on their email support.
