[Resolved]  Jeeves Consumer Services — your service engineer not attended as informed by you to install the lg washing machine and wasting your time for the whole day.

Sirs, i purchased a lg washing machine from flipkart and they informed me that the jeeves ' engineer will install the same on 19.10.2017. Later, they themselves preponed the date to 17.10.2017. From today morning (17/10/2017), we are expecting your engineer. At 12.14, we recedived another message from your office intimating the name of your engineer and his phone number. When i contacted the given phone number, he informed me that he is at chengannur and he will attend the case today itself. Myself again contacted at 4 p. M, he was at kayamkulam and he infomed that he will recach alleppey by 6 p. M. We are waiting him for the full day by suspending all our preoccupations. After 6 p. M, your engineer is not attending my calls. I am sorry to record that this is an irresponsible action by a reputed company. Please look into it and do the needful
