Jet Airways — No refund received on cancellation of ticket PNR: CSEDJQ(TICKET NO[protected]

I have taken a ticket from Jet Airways through travel agent celled Saral communication, Badiadka, Kasaragod dist Kerala (Mangalore to Abudhabi-Departure date 18th November 2016) on 14th November 2016.Due unavoidable situation i have cancelled the ticket on 15th November -2016.But i haven't received any refund on cancellation.I have contacted the jet airways customer care to know the reason, but they are denied to answer properly and informed me that only travel agent can contact for the details.
Travel agent is not provided exact reason and he informed me that cancellation charge is more than ticket charge.

kindly check and clarify the same.
